For customer who need to return the item after purchased due to (damage during shipment, wrong size, item defect and etc.), you can send it back to us for a refund or an exchange.
We suggest customer to follow the procedures below to return the item after receive the confirmation. Follow the step below :
Take a photo of the item to be returned
Contact our Customer Return Department before returning the parcel.
Pack the item with their original packaging box include sales invoice and other accessories (free gifts and etc.)
Return the item to the following address within 7 days.

If the return item approved after item and quality examination.
Please allow 2 to 3 working days for your return to be processed.
